Krista Vaughan’s motto has rung true throughout her life, but especially during a long and fulfilling real estate career.

“I am passionate about real estate,” she says, “and believe that everyone should have the opportunity to own the property of their dreams.”

Krista is a proud agent with the national award-winning team at Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, N.C. Previously, she achieved success in the bustling Northern California real estate market.

“I work as both a listing and sales agent,” she says, “and am excited for opportunities to assist new clients with the best marketing strategies to sell their homes at or above listing price. I also can help in the purchase of properties that meet all of my clients’ goals.”

She adds, “Although I have a team that consists of a marketing expert, transaction coordinator, and IT expert, when you hire me, you get me. I won't pass you off to another agent, but will work directly with and guide you throughout the listing and/or purchasing process.” Krista also has a specialty in military relocation.

Her interest in real estate dates back more than 20 years ago when she and husband Geoff bought their first rental property. “Since then, we have purchased, renovated, managed, and sold many properties throughout the United States,” she says.

Krista is well-versed in reading people and has finely honed her listening skills. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in human resource management.

When not working, she and Geoff enjoy exploring restaurants and breweries – and spending time with their four rescue pets. Causes close to their heart include the Humane Society and Alzheimer’s research.
